Growing up right here in the Central Valley, Dr. Hancock shares everything from his formative days starting out at a local community college and tackling the iconic "three big questions" every student faces (Can I do it? Can I afford it? Will I fit in?) to his unexpected detours through makeup artistry, cosmetology school, and running a business in San Francisco before ultimately returning to lead in the public sector.
